1. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process. For assistance, you can also place your order via WhatsApp at 0370-4753602.
2. How do I pay for my order?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. In some cases, we also accept Bank Transfer.
3. When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders on the same day or next working day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following working day.
4. How long does delivery take?

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer replacements within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for full details.
6. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear pictures/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the claim.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
